Dynamic sales leader responsible for leading Joint Business Planning, People Development, and Long-Term profitable growth of Revlon’s Walgreens Business.

As the leader of a top Global account, you will:

  • Own the P&L of a $200M business
  • Develop and foster top to bottom relationships with Walgreens
  • Create value with a focus on building equity, growing share, and improving profit
  • Lead and coach a strong team of professionals
  • Think BIG to position Revlon as an indispensable partner in growing our categories

With support of cross-functional partners, you will create a strategic roadmap for long-term, profitable growth rooted in insights and anchored in Revlon’s KPIs.

You will partner with Walgreens across the desks of Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive the future vision of category and brand. You will focus on growing share, improving merchandising, and delivering Shopper solutions. You will mentor, coach, and inspire a team of strong professionals to take risks and drive growth. You will have regular engagement with the N. American leadership team to share your vision for growth and influence the direction of our brand strategies. You will oversee full financial management of a $200M business.

Experience:

  • 10+ Years of strategic sales/strategy leadership experience in the Consumer Products space
  • Walgreens/Drug channel experience
  • Demonstrated ability to impact P&L with focus on Gross to Net
  • Demonstrated ability to grow market share
  • Demonstrated ability to develop people
  • Demonstrated ability to influence Executive Leadership

The base pay range for this position in New York City is $150,000 and $215,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
